Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) & Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Presentation

Jo Anne Goodnight, the Program Coordinator of the National Institutes for Health (NIH) SBIR/STTR program gave a presentation to two Nebraska audiences on October 11th. One workshop was held in Omaha and another was held in Lincoln.

The content of her presentation has been made available for interested individuals and businesses. She discussed NIH research areas, money available, commercialization assistance, pilot programs and resources the NIH provides to businesses developing new technologies/products.

Her visit was organized by the Nebraska Business Development Center and sponsored by the University of Nebraska at Omaha, the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, the University of Nebraska Medical Center, the University of Nebraska Tech Park, the University of Nebraska Office of Technology Development, Nebraska EPSCOR, Creighton University and Boys Town National Research Hospital.
